What we collect

• Form data — name, email, phone number, property address, and message when you submit the appraisal request form. This is stored solely to handle your enquiry.
• Technical data — IP address (used to rate-limit form submissions) and user agent (retained for audit purposes).

Cloudflare Turnstile

This site uses Cloudflare Turnstile to protect against spam and abuse on contact forms. Turnstile operates invisibly — there is no visible challenge — and collects technical information about visitors (such as user-agent, IP address, screen resolution, and behavioural signals) to verify that they are human. This processing is governed by Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

Third parties

• Cloudflare — provides Turnstile (bot protection) and CDN services for this site.
• AgentBox — real estate CRM used by Ash Marton. Appraisal enquiries submitted via this site are synced to AgentBox on behalf of the agency.
